PBA First Annual Wellness Summit

On behalf of the Wellness Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association I welcome you to join me, as well as an amazing lineup of other presenters, for a series of enriching sessions focused on your health. From physical and mental practices to insights on longevity and cultivating happiness, there’s something for everyone looking to recharge and refocus.

I’ll be leading a mindfulness session from 10:15AM-11:00AM.

This is an in-person event that will take place at Cozen O’Connor located at 1650 Market St., Suite #2800, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
