Hi everyone! We’re thrilled to introduce our new podcast series, Conscious Corner. I'm Courtney Schulnick, and joining me is my co-host, Annie Leib.
In this series, we'll dive into the realms of executive life coaching, mindfulness, and how these two powerful practices can help you lead a more fulfilled and authentic life.
Meet Your Hosts:
Courtney Schulnick: As a mindfulness coach and trainer, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals cultivate awareness and self-compassion. My journey into mindfulness began with my own experiences of stress and anxiety and the realization of the powerful impact of mindfulness practices on overall well-being.
Annie Leib: I'm an executive life coach with a background in pharmaceuticals, sales, and business development. After leaving the corporate world in 2018, I pursued an executive MBA, which was a challenging, yet transformative period. Encouraged by my cohort, I started coaching as a side hustle, eventually developing a unique approach called the Breath Framework. This framework integrates personal and professional development, helping clients align with their core values and lead more authentic lives.
Our Journey and Partnership:
We both have unique, yet complementary paths, that led us to where we are today. Annie and I reconnected after many years, discovering that our individual approaches to coaching and mindfulness could merge beautifully.
This synergy inspired us to create Conscious Corner, a podcast where we discuss how executive life coaching and mindfulness can harmonize to support a more balanced and meaningful life.
