I’ve been where you are. For two decades, I worked as a litigator in a high-pressure environment, searching for ways to better manage stress and anxiety. I know the toll that chronic stress can take on your focus, performance, relationships, and health. I also know the transformative power of mindfulness. I’ve experienced it firsthand and have seen how it empowered me to lead a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.

That is why it is my passion to teach other attorneys mindfulness and help professionals like you reduce stress and anxiety, enhance resilience, find balance, and cultivate joy. Combining my legal experience and advanced mindfulness training at the Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson, I’ve developed practical and effective programs designed for busy professionals who want results.
